Optical Efficiency Lighting Design of Solid State Lighting
In this talk, we will first discuss the characteristic of white LEDs, and then introduce several lighting design based on white LEDs. The designs include medical lighting, street light, tunnel light, zoom projection light, and color-mixing projection light.

RF Electrical Characteristics of Light-emitting Transistor under Illumination
In this paper, the light source-dependent electrical characteristics of light-emitting transistor (LET) with InGaAs quantum-wells (QWs) embedded in the base are investigated. Under illumination, the cut-off frequency bandwidth enhances from 1.73GHz to 1.85 GHz, which includes the information of the carrier transit time in the QW.

The adaptive roadway lighting for curves by multiple LED emitting modules
In this paper, we obtain a light emitting module base on the price optical model and secondary optical design, and create an adaptive luminaire composed by light emitting modules. By the superposition of light patterns from light emitting modules, an adaptive roadway lighting which has a high OUF on a curve will be realized.

Flexible organic light-emitting diodes with internal light extraction structure
In this study, we fabricated flexible organic light emitting diodes with internal light extraction structure by using the plastic substrate with AR250 light extraction structure. The experimental results demonstrate that the blue OLED with the AR250 microstructure substrate increases the external quantum efficiency have 10.3 % compared to the standard.

High Efficient Packaging Structure with High Concentration Phosphor Matrix
The phosphor chessboard plate contains yellow phosphor with largest extracted yellow light and open window for the blue light to reduce absorption. This packaging structure can be realized and is closer to the boundary of 75% in packaging efficiency at 6500K. It is a breakthrough for a high efficient package in pcW-LEDs.
