Conference Registration Fee
The registration fee can be paid online before 11/21 or onsite during the conference hours. All the conference registration payment will be charged in currency of New Taiwan dollars.

If your presentation in OPTIC 2015 is associated with the research sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, please have your complete MOST research ID and title information ready to qualify the MOST sponsored conference registration fee.
若您的會議論文為科技部計畫執行成果，請於註冊時填入科技部計畫編號與計畫名稱，以適用於科技部計畫之註冊費優惠。
Conference Registration Includes
Conference registration includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, and poster sessions, the Exhibition, Coffee Breaks.
Optional Special Event
Conference Banquet is held on 12/4 in the evening. Tickets for the Banquet are NT$300 for registered attendees and NT$600 for guests.
Refund Information
There is a NT$900 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for refunds must be received by 1 November 2015; all registration fees will be forfeited after this date.

Invitation letters are available upon request for attendees. To request an invitation letter, please email 高珮珊 Annabel Kao,
pskao@mx.nthu.edu.tw and include the following information:
- Full name (in English and in Chinese if applicable)
- Accepted paper number and title (if applicable)
- Registration confirmation
- Other required information for the letter
