Before the presentation
- Please arrive at the appointed meeting room 15 minutes ahead and reconfirm your presentation slides with conference staff.
- Conference staff will stand by at each session to provide relevant assistance accordingly.
- All presentations shall be made in English.
Instruction for Poster presenters
Joint poster session- presentation information
Presenting authors are required to set up their materials at designated hours (see below), using the adhesive tape provided on site. Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them after the presentation. The organizer shall dispose all posters left after 19:00 daily during the conference period. The poster size is [90 cm (W) x120 cm (H)].

Poster presentations will be held at the Lobby, B1& 1st Floor of Delta Building during the above hours. Presenting authors are requested to stand by their posters during the whole presentation time.
Student Paper Awards
