Glancing angle deposited nanohelix array
In this work, glancing angle deposition (GLAD) technique was applied to grow a silver nanohelix array (NHA). In order to reduce the surface diffusion mobility of atoms, the temperature of the substrate was cooled down to be less than 100oC. The substrate was rotated with a spin rate of 0.029 rpm to match the deposition rate of 0.3nm/s. A 1.5turn Ag NHA was then grown on a smooth surface.

Anti-Reflection Coating made with Silicon-Oxynitride Film by Pulsed Magnetron Sputtering
The silicon-oxynitride films were deposited by pulsed magnetron sputtering. The refraction indices, extinction coefficients, surface roughness and residual stress of silicon-oxynitride films were analyzed via spectroscopy, atomic force microscope and Twyman-Green interferometer. The silicon-oxynitride were used for design and prepared a three layer anti-reflective coating.

Novel patterned surface gratings on nitride-based edge emitting lasers
We designed a novel surface grating structure to adjust the beam of edge emitting laser by plasmonic effect. The corresponding lasing characteristics including near and far field patterns are also demonstrated. Numerical results provided potential designs for further applications of the nitride-based photonic devices.

Transmission induced metal-dielectric multilayer as a bandpass filter
In this work, five-layered, seven-layered and nine-layered metal-dielectric multilayers are designed as bandpass filters. The design method is developed from the concept based on Fabry-Perot filter. According to our proposed method, the transmittance peak is not effected obviously for more metal films are inserted between two mirrors

Large-Area and Uniform MoS2 Growth by Using Sulfurization of Pre-Deposited Mo Films
By using sulfurization of pre-deposited 1 nm Mo films, large-area and uniform multi-layer MoS2 films are obtained. The observation of Mo and O elements for the sample with incomplete sulfurization procedure suggests that the growth mechanism may involve Mo oxidation before sulfurization.

Fabrication of high efficiency perovskite MAIPbI3/PCBM organic solar cells by spin coating method
This work fabricated CH3NH3PbI3 polymer solar cells based on bulk heterostructure by spin coating. The structure is Glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Perovskite/PCBM/Al, which perovskite is active layer and PEDOT:PSS was used as a buffer layer. We changed the parameters of thickness and annealing temperature, the perovskite solar cells showed the highest η=11.08% (JSC=21.5686 mA/cm2).
